When Gilly’s Frozen Custard rebranded as Burger House 41, I co-led the process. We spent days brainstorming everything from signage to product names to the new name of the restaurant itself. We set aside the drive-in nostalgia of the old brand and focused on a modern, Wisconsin-focused approach, emphasizing the quality of our food and the local sources of our ingredients.
